All ourbrake discs are balanced, so steering wheel wobble cannot occur.These discs are carburized, resulting in improved heatconductivity. Judder and noise are reduced, while durability isoptimized. A heat-compensating groove regulates the temperatureflux in the friction ring surfaces of the brake disc bowl,minimizing disc distortion. The brake pads can be easily broken indue to reduced surface roughness. Compare with the competition, thetolerances for lateral run-out (run-out max. 30 μ on the frontaxle, for example) and material thickness (DTV max. 10 μ) areextremely small.
Thetolerance of the center bore is very close, reducing imbalances andvertical out-of-true. This facilitates a longer life for the wheelsuspension and wheel bearings.
